Who controls the data

N137.AI operates this website and determines how website enquiry data is used. Privacy contact: hello@n137.ai. The contracting entity and jurisdiction are identified before an engagement is accepted.

What is processed

The enquiry form stores the name, company, work email, selected service, message, consent time, source page and a submission reference. It does not intentionally store IP addresses or advertising identifiers. Aggregate analytics store only a day, page path, event name and count.

The hosting provider may process network logs and apply security or bot-management cookies independently at the delivery layer.

Purpose and legal basis

Enquiry data is used to answer the request, assess fit, prepare a proposal and protect the form from abuse. The form relies on consent; necessary security and aggregate service measurement rely on legitimate interests where applicable. Data is not sold and is not used for behavioural advertising.

Retention and recipients

Unconverted enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months; aggregate analytics for up to 13 months; contractual records for the period required by law and the agreement. Data is processed by N137.AI and infrastructure providers needed to operate the site. A specific client architecture may use different providers under a separate notice and agreement.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent by emailing hello@n137.ai. Rights depend on the applicable law and lawful retention obligations. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
